Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original order number. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless item received damaged or wrong product shipped in error by 4J Total Supply.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damage from shipping carrier will require 3 immediate photographs of delivery, and the box with packing materials that was damaged. Shipping carriers will not pay claims without these requirements, meaning 4J Total Supply cannot credit for damaged shipping as well.

 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Policy: Items returned when ordered by mistake, or no longer needed, may be subject to a 20% restocking charge, and must be returned at customers expense for shipping. Returned items must be in a resalable condition when returned to receive refund credit. No returns will be credited past 30 days of product delivery.

Incorrect Item Received: If an incorrect item is received, please contact 4J Total Supply immediately to verify part number and description. Incorrect items will be replaced or refunded upon return to 4J Total Supply.

Damaged Items: Items broken or damaged must be photographed upon receipt. Items damaged in transit will require 3 photographs and shipping box as delivered before credit can be issued. UPS, USPS, and other carriers require this and other information to process a damage claim. Photos must be supplied to initiate claim within 3 days of delivery.

Lost Items: If an item is missing, 4J Total Supply will view tracking for confirmation of delivery. Once delivered it is the responsibility of purchaser. A secure delivery location is required.
