Shipping policy

4J Total Supply offers thousands of products, shipping from 3 locations, and direct shipments from multiple vendors. Our shipping policy is as follows:

Shipments from our locations: Items held in immediate inventory normally ship same day, barring weather or technical issues. Cut off for shipments is 3 pm. Any items shipping 'FREE' are shipped at most economical for 4J Total Supply. If delivery is time sensitive, customer may want to select a different shipping method. Time sensitive deliveries should always contact our sales office to confirm.

Shipments from inventory not in stock presently: Inventory replenishment may be inbound, and orders may be delayed until arrival. Most orders of this type will normally ship withing 3-5 business days. Time sensitive deliveries should always contact our sales office to confirm.

Drop shipping Direct from Manufacturer or Distribution Warehouse: Drop shipping is when items ship direct to customer from one of 4J Total Supply suppliers. These may include, but not be limited to Kuriyama, Flex-Tech, Pumptec, Udor, TerreMax, Stens, Buyers Products, Seaira Global, etc. Shipping direct is normally between 1-5 business days, depending on current demand encountered by vendor. Inventory levels may also vary. If expedited services are required, please notify 4J Total Supply. Time sensitive deliveries should always contact our sales office to confirm.

Manufactured items: Items that are built to order, such as skid spray units, are subject to build and shipping time allocations. Items built to order should allow 2-4 weeks prior to shipment. Time sensitive deliveries should always contact our sales office to confirm.

4J Total Supply cannot control weather and technical delays. These delays may occur, so please allow sufficient time for delivery.

Overnight shipments: Next Day air commonly ships UPS from 4J Total Supply. 2:30 pm is the cut off for any items shipping Next Day Air. Next Day Air Shipment requested on Friday, will be delivered Monday unless otherwise available and requested by customer. Time sensitive deliveries should always contact our sales office to confirm.

Days of operation when shipments are available: 

4J Total Supply is open Monday-Friday

Pumptec ships Monday through Thursday

Seaira Global closes at noon on Friday.

Specific shipping limitations may be listed on product pages. Most orders over $100 ship for free. Exclusions may include geographic location. Due to increase in shipping charges, 4J Total Supply no longer ships free to the west coast. This includes California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Montana, Arizona, Wyoming, New Mexico, Colorado and North and South Dakota.

Items requiring LTL freight shipment, or heavy or exessively large items with increased UPS charge may also be excluded from FREE shipping. Please consult the product page for more information.
